Company Background & Professional Biography:
In 1999, after fifteen years of service with the
Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail), I embarked on a career in
professional consulting. Conrail was purchased by NS and CSXT, and
like many, I was offered positions by both of those railroads. I made
a difficult and risky choice. I opted to venture out on my own and
offer contract services in the areas of railroad management where I knew
that I had unique knowledge and skill.
Today, with more than 22 years of
results driven executive management
and consulting experience, I continue to provide
value-added services to
railroads, short lines, shippers, and financial institutions that have
resulted in over $100 million in equity value to my clients.

Before embarking on my consulting
career, I held various management positions at Conrail over a 15-year period. Before its
acquisition and dissolution, I directed Conrail’s equipment negotiations with
$100 million in equipment expense responsibility. Prior to that, I held
management positions in the Finance Department involving planning, supervision,
training, budgeting, problem solving, analysis, quality management, and
auditing. I produced over $30 million in shareholder equity for Conrail through
cost reduction, operational efficiency, skillful negotiation, and audit
recoveries.
